From June 11–14, 2026, the city of Medellín, Colombia, welcomed more than 110 players from over 10 countries across the Americas for the 2nd Pan American Masters Championships, one of the most important events on the PanAm Squash calendar dedicated to the growth and development of Masters squash.
The second edition of the championship was hosted at the Country Club Ejecutivos, which provided outstanding facilities, exceptional hospitality, and a dedicated operational team that helped deliver a world-class event. PanAm Squash extends its sincere gratitude to the club, its staff, and all volunteers who contributed to the tournament’s success.
Over four days of exciting competition, players representing Colombia, Mexico, the United States, Guyana, Guatemala, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Chile, Brazil, and Costa Rica, among others, showcased the strength and continued growth of Masters squash throughout the region.
The championship also featured several renowned athletes who have represented their countries at PSA events, Pan American competitions, and major international tournaments. Among them were Miguel Ángel Rodríguez (Colombia), Anita Pinto (Chile), Ashley Khalil (Guyana), Edgar Zayas (Mexico), Alonso Escudero (Peru), Luis Yair Aquino (Mexico), and Jaime Pinto (Chile).
One of PanAm Squash’s strategic objectives is to continue strengthening opportunities for Masters athletes through high-quality international events that promote competition, friendship, and lifelong participation in the sport.

Colombia crowned overall Champion
Thanks to strong performances across multiple divisions and outstanding results from its athletes, Colombia was crowned the overall champion of the 2nd Pan American Masters Championships 2026, further reinforcing its proud tradition and strength within Pan American squash.
Beyond the results, Medellín provided the perfect setting for memorable matches, long-awaited reunions, new friendships, and experiences that reflect the true spirit of Masters squash: competing at the highest level on court while strengthening the community off court.
